In the tax validation section, it is asking SSN number which I am not aware of. Need to know what number I need to fill here.

In the professional achievements section, I want to upload my profile which is a PDF containing 3 pages. How do I upload it as a single image? I tried to convert it into the image but got 4 separate images.
