**Meetings **are unpaid Expert-Client interactions.

- Here, Clients can only book
- 1 meeting of,
- 15 mins

**Sessions **are paid endeavours that have multiple meetings.

- Here, the Client can choose,
- One or more meetings,
- Vary their meeting duration,
- Have one or more participants,
- Charge to a Team (if corporate client)
- Clients have the option between choosing two kinds of paid sessions;
- Hourly Sessions - Users are charged by the hour.
- Monthly Sessions - Users are charged monthly each month having 4 sessions where the users are only charged for 3.
