Here, Users are shown the following details regarding Payouts,

  • Total Earning - Total amount earned
  • Withdrawal Request - Amount requested for withdrawal
  • Amount in Wallet - Amount currently in the wallet.
  • Green download button - Download PDF of payout history
  • Payout History - w/ a dropdown selector for duration:
  • 1 month
  • 3 months
  • 6 months
  • 12 months
  • Lifetime

Users, who have completed a payout at least once, will see the following:

  • Cards showing:
  • Date of Payout
  • Amount Withdrawn
  • Button;
  • Processing - indicating the payout is still in processing(transit)
  • Clicking the processing button will update the payout status.
  • Done - indicating the payout is complete.

2. Earning History

  • Here, Users can view the history of the earnings that they have made.
  • Users can choose to filter between 3 to 12 months

3. Increase Your Pay

  • This is where users can raise a query if they think the Hourly Fee band mentioned is not to their satisfaction.
  • Users have the option to mail in their past invoices or pay scales that proves that the calculated Hourly pay range is much lower.
  • Upon review by our support team, a response will be delivered in a few days' time.
