Questions about adding personal information

in the tax validation section, it is asking ssn number which i am not aware of need to know what number i need to fill here in the professional achievements section, i want to upload my profile which is a pdf containing 3 pages how do i upload it as a single image? i tried to convert it into the image but got 4 separate images achievements tax validation
