Users who are Clients can opt to skip uploading a picture, even though we highly recommend it.
Experts on the other hand have to upload a profile picture that meets our guidelines.
- The face should be facing the camera (Smile please).
- No group photos, just your Headshot.
- Avoid too much light or excessive sun or a very dim place
Our automated system could reject your picture if the guidelines are not met.
In this case, you will be asked to choose another picture.
On successfully uploading a picture, the arrow icon will show up at the bottom of the screen.
