- Clients who are linked to Team Accounts have access to priority support.
- Navigate to the Personal Information page.
- Also, look at "Changing your User type" for more help on navigating to "Profile Details".
- Once in the Personal Information screen scroll to the very end.

- Tap "Contact Us"

- Users must fill in the required details.
- Attach screenshots of the problem, if any.
- Hit Send.
